Delivery Information

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Free Standard Delivery Australia-wide on all orders! (for a limited time)
  • Free Express Delivery Australia-wide on orders over $250.
  • We also offer Express Delivery for orders less than $250 for a flat rate of $9.90.
  • Place your order by 2pm AEST and it will leave our online store the next day.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Standard Delivery - All of our standard delivery orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel and are usually received within 3 - 5 business days for Australian Metro areas (major cities and surrounding suburbs) and 5 - 7 working days for regional areas (yep, we're talking about you Darwin).
  • Express Delivery - Our service guarantees priority fulfilment and delivery. Express shipping to metropolitan areas is usually 1 - 2 business days if ordered before 2pm. If you live outside a metro area then the estimated delivery time is 2 - 4 business days. Most express delivery orders are delivered the following business day if order is placed before 2pm AEST.
  • Please note that due to the high volume of orders during SALE Periods, we are unable to combine separate orders.
  • All delivery times are indicative only via Australia Post, we will always do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship internationally but not to call counties. Please email us for confirmation and rates.
  • For orders placed in New Zealand we charge a $15 rate for Standard Postage (5-12 Days) and $19.95 for Express Shipping (1-3 Days).
  • We do not ship to international PO Boxes.

 

International customers please note: International customers visiting this site warrant, understand and agree to the following:

  • Customers will be liable for any customs charges, duties, or tariffs for their destination country.
  • Customers understand that if customs impounds the goods sent from us, charges and/or cost of goods will not be refunded.
  • Customers understand that if the goods are returned to us, the customer will be charged additional delivery fees to resend the parcel.

We do not ship to India, South Korea, Ukraine, Cuba, Guatemala, Iran, Syria, Sudan or Russia.

 Adult toys are banned in the following countries,

Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, India, Maldives and Alabama, USA.

 

ORDER DELAYS

  • Please make sure your order and delivery details are accurate to ensure a speedy delivery. If, however, you have made a mistake on your order, please contact our amazing online staff email sales@xuzu.com.au and we’ll fix this up for you as soon as we can.
  • If you have not received your order within the days specified at the time of purchase, please contact us at sales@xuzu.com.au with the subject "Order Not Received".
  • Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand there may be a delay in your order. If your order is delayed for any reason Xuzu will contact you as soon as possible to advise of the delay.
